Outlook Express 6 Question

Am running Windows 98se with Outlook Express 6 and was wondering how
to make it my default mail program??

I have been using a different mail program but it has become so
bloated with things I never use I figured I would go back and give OE
6 a try.

Control Panel - Internet Options. Go to the Programs tab and set the
default email program to OUtlook Express.
