Can anyone help me with the Windows 98SE volume. Every
time I slide the bar up it slides right back down to 0.
I've ran a virus scan and nothing has come up. I have an
ESS snd card that has been working fine up till now. I'd
greatly apprieciate any suggestions that will help me.
