PICTURES = bitmap??

[Kristin]

I've always been able to download pictures off the
internet no problem, as jpegs (or whatever I want), and as
of today, literally, my browser is forcing me to download
them as bitmaps. HOW DO I FIX THIS?

What browser are you using? Try another browser.

The usual fix is to clear your cache.
IE-Tools-Internet Options-Delete Files (in the TIF section)

That seems to work about 98% of the time but if it doesn't, close IE
and reopen and do it again. Also it has been reported that clear
cookies helps, but ensure you save any that you need.
