Windows\Tasks\SA.DAT...?? What is this file?

SA.DAT is a file used by the Task Scheduler, hence its location. You only
see this file because you have enabled Explorer to "see" hidden system
files and folders otherwise it would normally be hidden from view. Is
there a problem or are you just curious as to the workings of the Task
Scheduler?
