Transferring Files and Settings - easy?

I'm planning to migrate from one WinME PC to another. Googling for
PC-migration tips takes you to MS who tell you how great XP is, with its
'Files and Settings Transfer Wizard'...but ME doesn't have any such wizard.
Is there any straightforward way to transfer all the basics within ME? (The
relevant XP bit mentions specifically

Which seems like a pretty good sweep. Is there any easy way to transfer all
this stuff ME -> ME?
