I have HijackThis v1.99.1.

Recently download after ten months, from
http://aumha.net/downloads/hijackthis.exe , still old version. Is it end of
the road?

This is the most current and widely used build of HijackThis.
Many Spyware/Malware experts and Forums utilize this tool to determine
what nothing other available can determine.
The author of the tool should be nominated for a Malware Nobel if one existed.

Newer builds will become publicly available as the authors sees fit.
