Same again with the Ad-aware defs update here. The UI updater says
(repeatedly) no new updates, http://updates.ls-servers.com/public/defs.zip
gets the old 'un, but
http://download.lavasoft.de.edgesuite.net/public/defs.zip does have today's.
How have you got it, Joan?

I found it to be a very slow download and on the third computer, I had
to try some twenty times before it would download.

Haven't got it yet Shane, must be busy servers as I've tried about 3 times
from within the program and no luck. If I don't get it tonight before
shutting down will probably be successful first thing in the morning.

Yes, to that end I copy various security updates to a shared folder and
update the other two OSes from that via batch. Sometimes it's so much
trouble updating one that the thought of doing it at least twice more is
just too much!

It's a shame that Shane has so much trouble with these updates.
Such a nice program. Hope he can straighten it out.
I had no problems with it, but when it came to the point of updating, there
was a question mark on the left in the dialog box.
Has it always been there and I didn't notice it, or why is it there now? It
didn't seem to make a difference.

Got it last night just before shutting down Shane but it was very slow
before it finally connected and started the download although the actual
update then went through as usual.
