Win. Me hangs on shutdown with message (mssysmgr)

It also hangs on shutdown with mssysmav. But the most recent times has been
(mssysmgr). Do I need to download a drive or something. Any help WILL be
MOST appreciated.

Harry, try Giggling again!

mssysmgr is associated with PhotoShow Deluxe Media Manager, see
http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/mssysmgr/

can't find mssysmav but *may* be part of the same suite.

Kay, try uninstalling PhotoShow and see if that fixes things.

How emberrassing, Mart, I had puy one 's' in the wrong place. No wonder
