USB Flask Disk Drivers

You probably get tons of these requests each day, but
here it goes anyway...

Well, I have a Semtech 64MB USB Flash Disk drive thingy
that I want to use on my Windows 98 Computer. The problem
is, I don't have the correct drivers for it, and I need
to download them from somewhere. Does anyone here know
what I need?
