I have a Creative WebCamNX. When I use the installation
CD, everything goes well until I come to the 32% part
where the device driver is installing. It always stops
and says an error occured while setting up the driver. I
have Windows 98, Second Edition. I have downloaded and
installed something that is supposed to fix the problem,
with no result. Windows also says it doesn't recognise the
device, even though the light is on the WebCam when
plugged in to the usb port. In Systems Properties, Device
Manager there is an exclamation on yellow field with a
yellow question mark for "other devices". I have no
imaging device icon there like instructions say I should.
Anyone have any ideas??? Am not very techy, need patient
person for step by step. Thanks in advance, sd
