HP printer won't print.

I get a message that says "an error has occured in the
script on this page.
line: 1174
error: unspecified error
code: 0
URL: res://c:\windows\system\SHDOLC.DLL/previe w.dlg

Anyone know what is causing this and what I need to do to
correct it?
