problem with printer

I am using windows 98 my printer is hp deskjet3820
I have installed disc, when i go to print on line that ok
but when i try to print in my document or works/word
it comes through blank
Please help

There is a driver for your printer on the HP web site. It maybe newer than the one on
the CD.
