I have no ideal what on earth this Error message means, but when we
first turn on the computer and after all of it's downloading, what pops
up in the dead center of the screen is a message box that reads, Cannot
Create Hook, It is brothersome for my blind brother being he is unable
to go anywhere into any program for this display box prevents anything
of the such until I click on the only lone button of OK, I have try to
do the hunt and search trying to figure out what on earth it is,
basically it is simply driving me nuts for I have no ideal what it is
for, what it does or if it is of any importance.

There is also a program on there for the blind that is called;
WindowEyes which basically reads text to him, now I'am not sure if this
program is in relation to the display box or not

Can anyone offer any suggestions what on earth this is and how to go
about in removing this box from the desktop?

When did this problem start? What changes were made to the system in the
session before you first saw this on booting? Have you tried reversing
those changes? Have you considered using system restore to roll the
system back to before this problem started? Have you thoroughly checked
your system for unwanted malware using your preferred anti virus
application equipped with current and updated viral signatures?
