mmsystem.dll

I searched MS website and found numerous mmsystem.dll issues but not one
where explorer was involved. My message states Explorer caused error in
mmsystem.dll.

Does anyone have a clue as to what to do about this one?

Sort out your %1 %2 problem first and repeat the install you were making a
the time as this will be incomplete and could be causing the mmsystem
error you are seeing.
