paper jams

i have an epson stylus color 640 and the last few times i
try to print the paper always gets jamed.I've tried
putting new paper in holding the paper so it cant tilt
sideways and nothing helps.Plus it pushes like 3 or more
papers thru at the same time.Thx in advance for anyhelp
with this problem

Is there a lever on the side that you adjust for thick (such as envelopes or
card stock) or thin (such as normal paper)? If so, check to see if it
didn't get moved to the thick setting.
