printers asking for network password

When setting up a network printer on a PC, I am asked for
a password. I've used the printer wizard before and have
never had this problem. How do I change this?

What operating system is on the computer that is connected to the printer?
Are you logged on as Administrator if this is a Windows NT, 2000, or XP
system? When are you asked for the password? When you enable sharing on
the printer or when you attempt to connect to it from another system?
