hp6110 all in one printer only prints when it wants to. It
doesn't spool all of the information, and I get an error
message. I try to purge the document and it won't go away.

THEN when I go to trouble shoot on the help page, and get
to the printnig section, I chose doesn't print at all in
the right hand column and nothing appears.

The printing has been on and off, but now I have a "help"
problem. Is something larger at play?

There is a driver for your printer on HP with an April, 2004 timestamp, might help to
install it. There is also a firmware upgrade as well as a software cleanup utility.

It is always wiser to uninstall the printer before doing a new install.
