Hi. I hope this is the right place to ask this question. After running
Norton AntiVirus I get three threats for HDPlugin1015.dll. It's an
AdwareGain file and when I try to delete it Norton says Delete Failed. I've
been to the Symantec website and downloaded the removal tool for Adware.Gain
but when I run it, it says there is no Adware.Gain on my computer. Any
suggestions on how to remove this? Thankyou. DBJoans

run both NAV and the remover while in SAFE MODE - ensure that you have
Folder Options set to be able to view Hidden and System files.
