The link you referred me to helped me find the answer! I
had been having problems with hackers getting past my
firewall by using RPC remote procedure call. So I deleted
rpcss.exe from my Windows System directory. When I read
the link you sent me to, I found out that Lexmark's
printer drivers use RCP to print! Once I restored RPC
from my system disk, my printer worked again! Thanks you
very much for your help.
