Microsoft is working on the resolution of this problem, but perhaps
somebody out there knows how to fix it. When trying to listen to or
watch streaming audio or video, the error code 80040154 appears. The
player functions perfectly on all sources but Internet.
It's obvious that this is a network connect problem because the Network
tab under Tools|Options does not work. I'm running Win98SE and all
diagnostics under DXDIAG give correct results.
