Oversized photo, cannot reduce image to page size (81/2 x 11)

I originally was able to view my photos on the disc from
my digital camera. I was getting extra large, but partial
view of the picture I want to print. I tried to reduce the
photo, and now I cannot get the photo to show up on my
monitor. I am not much of a computer person, but I need
your assistance to get all of the desired photos on my
disc and subsequently on to the screen to send to eBay for
sale...can you assist me? Thank you...JFT

Is this a new issue? If it is think about an updated graphics driver. Go to the
manufacturer's web site and look around for an updated driver.
Download www.irfanview.com , it is a free viewer that can resample your photos to a
manageable size. Get the plug-ins too, to view certain image formats you will need
the plug-ins.
