Error number 0x80070725

Guys:
Can anyone tell me how to uninstall raedon 9600 drivers
for the ati dvd decoder 2.1.0.1 and ati multimedia center
8.1.0.0"?
I am running on win98se"
At one time i had it working just right but, i made the
mistake of updating my drivers with the wrong version, i
tryed to uninstall raedon 9600 but,not everything got
deleted, the two programs above remain, now when i try to
reinstall raedon 9600" i get error number ox80070725
incompatible version of the RPC stub" and the setup
terminates".
I must say that my display looks like i am running on safe
mode".
Please help!

You should be able to simply reinstall the correct ATi Radeon drivers. Try
that first.
