This problem could have been caused if you received a greeting card. Go to
control panel, add remove programs and uninstall programs named: WinSrv Reg
and Friend Greetings.

I couldn't find any of these programs in ' add remove program ' even in
'find files or folders ' search.

(or http://snipurl.com/eykq).

right-click the button then click Move and use your keyboard arrows to get
the tiny window out into the middle of your screen so you have some elbow
room. Then click Size and use your keyboard arrows to get it to a usable
size. Finally, use your arrow keys to stretch it to suit yourself. After
making sure that no other mail windows are open, close this one last so that
this size will be remembered next time.

The last time this problem occurred, it was as a result of the virus like
program that I told you about in my earlier post. If you have not already
done so, I suggest a full scan of your drive with an up to date antivirus
program followed by a spyware search. I recommend you download and use the
following programs and consider removing everything these programs identify.
Be aware that there are frequent updates to these programs and you need to
check for them before every use.

AdAware: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/

CWShredder: http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/cwschronicles.html (download
link near the bottom)
