HELP - Digital Camera no longer recognised

i am trying to download my digi camera. have done successfully before - when
I now plug in to USB cable i am getting the message - "new hardware found,
the file kstvtune.ax on windows 98 se cd-rom cannot be found - insert disc"
do i have to buy the 98se disc or is there a download that will correct this
error for me?

Search your hard drive for this file and when you find it write down the
location (path). When asked for the file next time, click "have disk: and
browse to the location of the file or type the path to the file depending on
your choices at the time.

I don't believe that this file shipped with Win98 but it did with Millennium
Edition. If the system requirements to use your camera include Win98 then
the file may be on the installation media. Try reinstalling the camera
files.
