Hopefully somebody here can help.

I experimented with a dual monitor setup for about a week and then decided
it wasn't working for me. Now that I have disabled and disconnected the
second monitor everytime I startup my icons are not where I put them. I
rearrange them back to how I want them and the next startup they are all
back like they were the last time before I moved them to where I wanted
them. This is getting annoying, does anybody have a clue what's up with it.
Thanks in advance.

System setup

Athlon 2400+ XP
Windows 98SE
MSI 5200 display card with latest drivers

Uncheck "Auto arrange" if checked. Right click desktop, click "arrange icons" and
uncheck "AA".
