lost toolbar

I have lost all the toolbars from the top of the screne.
Office assistant says click on toolbar and customise.
can't do that as there is no toolbar to click on. Please
help. desperate have assignments to complete for college

Is the Menu bar still there? If so right click on it and make sure toolbar/s is
checked or view > toolbars > Select the ones you want. If not, put the Office install
disk in and run setup, install Office complete over the top or select add/remove, or
something similar-it's been awhile, select what you want to install/reinstall.
Have a look thru the MSKB using the words " missing toolbars" on your MS Office
product:

Last but not least, post to one of the Office ng's.
