Openning multiple windows

When I am on a web page and click a link to open a second
page, the second page opens in a small window. How do I
make that second window open as a normal window? That used
to be the setting and happened automatically, but my kids
must have changed something and I don't know how to change
it back.

Hi,

Drag the Window to be resized to it's desired size (Do not use Maximize).
Close all other open Windows, then hold down the control
key and close the Window to force it to remembered.
