Still can't find Quicklaunch

I followed Bert's suggestion and downloaded TweakUI but
I'm running Win 98 Second Edition so Tweak doesn't work
with that. My Quicklaunch disappeared a couple of days
ago and I've tried everything I can think of and all
instructions in the help files. My Quicklaunch is checked
when I right click on the taskbar but none of the icons
are there. I even tried reinstalling Win 98 SE but that
didn't help. Any further suggestions?

Please don't go off on a wild goose chase.
TweakUI works perfectly with Win98 SE so that is not your problem.
Besides, if you don't have TweakUI to start with, it is unlikely you
could have created the problem by using it incorrectly.

Please stick to the original thread so Bert can help and all others
can follow the thread to see what you have done.

Put your cursor on the bottom of the screen, left click and hold the button
down, then move the cursor toward the top of the screen.

Keep doing this in order to grab the top of the Quick Launch toolbar until
it pops back into place.
