toolbar gone vertical

my toolbar is now operating from the right hand side of my
screen vertically,it won't drag back and i can't get it to
move at all.i want it back to the horizontal. can someone
help please.

Hi Anthony,

Put the mouse arrow in a blank area next to the clock, hold the left
mouse button down and drag the task bar to where you would like it
and release the button.

Grab it on an unused part with your cursor and drag it to the bottom
and let go.
