Dr Leman needs Sandi

Hello Sandi, hope I am not bothering you. Over in Win98,
Networking, a German Dr. Leman has registry Network
Administrator restriction you recently helped someone
with. I do not find the thread or I would reference for
him. Check it out if you can.
