Lately when I am on the internet I get messages "The
program has performed an illegal operation and will shut
down".The message boxes are headed some times WILOGON and
some times EASYAV. I usually close the box and continue
but after, my computer will not go on stand by nd
freezes.Any one knows what is causing these problems?
Thanks

When attempting to launch various web-pages, most notably MSN News, Internet Explorer will "Encounter a Problem" and cause it to close and then restart Internet Explorer. The technical data, including the register dumps, are availible to be seen, but not copied. The automatic error report has been sent several times, but current patches and updates to not resolve the problem. Thank you for anything help you might have.

When attempting to load several web pages, most notably MSN News, Internet Explorer will crash and will ask to be restarted.

Thank you for any solutions you might have

We need more information to be able to help you. Click on the details button
(or details link) when your system crshes and provide:

xxx caused an xxx in xxx at xxx:xxxx

or if you are using a later operating system, provide information about the
files (modules) involved in the crash.

If you are using the Error Reporting Tool, disable it so you can access the
error message in a more understandable form. Informationon how to disable
the Error Reporting Tool is here:
