Redirected to Web Page

No Matter What I Type into my Internet explorer to go to
it redirects me to some other page , I in www.yahoo.com
and it auto goes to www.nkvd.us/1526/www.yahoo.com no
matter what I type in , and when I try and download
anything Im directed to another page , anyone have any
help???? Please Email
