cant get onto certain sites

i can get onto almost every site but when i go to get onto
this certain site(www.gangstawar.com and www.gansta-
war.tk) it says gateway time out...and other ppl i know
can get onto that site no problim...is there sumtin wrong
with my comp or is the site down...
