Okay I have two computers connected to the internet by a
cable modem and a5 port hub, one using xp and one ona
fresh new install of windows 98se. The xp machine
connects to the internet just fine. But when i installed
the drivers for the ethernet card on the 98 machine, i
still get no connection. I checked everything i could
think of that could be the problem, even when i directly
connect the modem into the ethernet it doesnt detect
anything. No local networking, when i go into
neighborhood networking nothing shows up. Can anyone
please direct me to a solution. Thanks
