Uploading pictures

Each time I upload pictures, whether to something like
ebay or attached in an email, the picture only 1/2
transfers. Approx. the 2nd half of the picture is
corrupted. Ive tried reducing the size of the file (down
to 20 kb) and different picture types (eg jpg, gif, bmp) &
nothing stops this error. Not sure where else to turn or
if anyone has any advice on what I can change.

Do you have any antivirus programmes running? Try disabling it just while
you upload. See if that makes a difference.

Also, check the upload using a different computer; what you are seeing may
not actually be the case.
