Hi,
I am getting the error 605 (RAS) stating that windows
is sending an error message to my internet server (AT&T)
causing a discontinuation of service.

We are hooking up a new computer and it is taking us
some time to complete, everytime we fix one thing there
is another problem.

Does anyone know if there is a step by step procedure
that you can check all of your control panel files
to be sure all your settings are correct?

ie, .... networking, passwords, display, modem, etc...?
Thanks for any info. you can send...

We need more information to be able to help you. Click on the details button
(or details link) when your system crshes and provide:

xxx caused an xxx in xxx at xxx:xxxx

or if you are using a later operating system, provide information about the
files (modules) involved in the crash.

If you are using the Error Reporting Tool, disable it so you can access the
error message in a more understandable form. Informationon how to disable
the Error Reporting Tool is here:
