When I try to put new Internet service in. A blue screen
come with this message "A fatal exception OE has occured
at 0028:FFOC79D6 in VXD wincpci (01)+ 00046A96. The curret
application will be terminated.

What new 'internet service' are you trying to install? I can't find any
information about a file of that name anywhere that I have looked so far.
