illegal action page fault

WhenI surf the web I get a lot of illegal action
shutdowns. The reason is invalid page fault in module
wininet.dll. I am connected to the internet via comcast
and this is becoming a real pain. I usually have to delete
all cookies to get restarted. Can anyone help?
