Ping No resources error

Hi! I just had to do a DNS fix on a friend's PC and now
when we try to ping a Host (www.yahoo.com) it comes out
with a

No resources
No resources
No resources
No resources

It gives out the correct IP address however. I've never
had this No resources error before. Any ideas?
