First try running the following command:

regsvr32 oleaut32.dll
If that doesn't work, extract a fresh copy of oleaut32.dll using system file
checker or MSCONFIG depending on your operating system (sadly we don't know
what you are using).

Hi Corn,

Go to this URL:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=/servicedesks/fileversion/dllinfo.asp&SD=MS&FR=0

Do a search for oleaut32.dll. You will be able to work out what is the
correct version of the file for your operating system and will also be able
to find *where* you can find a fresh copy, whether it be a cab file on your
operating system install disk, or in the folder 'windows update setup
files'.
