Hi -

Are there any freeware/shareware apps for desktop enhancements that will
give Windows 98 the look and feel of WindowsXP?

Thanks,
NT

Why ?

If one did exist you would just consume more of the limited RAM available in its limited
memory pools. Since Win98 is reaching its End of Life (EoL), just upgrade to WinXP HE.

Why would anyone want that? (If you really want it, get XP)

Dave and Bill,

Thanks for responding! However, this isn't for me! It's for someone who's
too stubborn
and cost conservative to get XP. I've already suggested the same thing you
guys did.

Whenever you need to know something about anything -
Afghans in Arkansas,
Plumbers in Poughkeepsie,
or Zebras in Zanzibar -
you will be well served to go to Google
and enter a common-sense search term.

In your case,
