Critical Update For Windows Me

Our computer is having trouble installing Service Pack 1. I have already
uninstall the norton antivirus software and have already went through the
cmos to shut off the antivirus software and there is place to shut off the
software thinking this might do the trick I am at my wits end. I hope you can
help.

Exactly what critical update for Windows Me are you talking about and
why are you posting to a Win98 group?
There is no Service Pack 1 for Windows Me.

There is a Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (Windows 98, Windows Me). And I
was trying to install the Service Pack I have trouble downloading just
installing it. And I looked for a WinMe group and there wasn't any.

OK, I see what you mean. It may seem like semantics, but that is a
Service Pack for IE6, not a Service Pack for Me.

When you repost, please supply more detail of what troubles you are
having and what version of NAV you are using, as some versions of NAV
are incompatible with Me.
