I keep getting the Explorer box coming up when I am online
that says explorer has performed an illegal operation and
I can not find anything on the microsoft website that will
help me fix this. Can anyone help?
I have also been having problems with freezing while
online.

We need more information to be able to help you. Click on the details button
(or details link) when your system crshes and provide:

xxx caused an xxx in xxx at xxx:xxxx

or if you are using a later operating system, provide information about the
files (modules) involved in the crash.

If you are using the Error Reporting Tool, disable it so you can access the
error message in a more understandable form. Informationon how to disable
the Error Reporting Tool is here:
