Hi I am running Windows '98 and have installed Microsoft
Internet Explorer 6 onto my computer. I can not access
websites that require cookie enabling. My cookies are set
to Low, and I still can't get into the site.
Please help, I am desperate Thanks!

Options|>Advanced Tab|>Restore
Defaults|>Apply|>OK|~~Restart.

I would suggest that you have a corrupt cookie, or the cookie folder in its
entirety is corrupt. For advice on how to fix your problem, have a look at
