security sandbox violation

security sandbox violation ??????does anyone know what
this is and how do i get rid of it? it appears when i get
into my email..it says flash player debug console at the
top of the box and then it says this security sandbox
violation security domanin

any one can help me with this i would greatly apperciate
it. thanks

You are running the 'debugging' version of Flash. Uninstall the version of
flash you have got, go back to Macromedia and install the correct version.
