Registry is corrupted

When I run Norton's system check, it tells me that my registry is corrupted
at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/INCREDIMAIL.It doesn't seem to be able to
repair it. Also, I often then get the following message: OPTWIZ CAUSED AN
INVALID PAGE FAULT IN MODULE REGOPT.DLL AT 017F:000E99B7F. What can I do to
fix all this? Thanks.
