FLASH.OCX which is Macromedia's 7.0 flash player is causing major flashing
with my graphics card. When I do a uninstall of the flashplayer it will go
away for awhile and then like magic, it will reinstall itself, again causing
graphics problems. So far I have tried removing all "flash player" items in
the Registry and I have also "unchecked" both the boxes in "advanced"
internet options "enable install on demand" for both IE and OTHER. Does
anyone have any other ideas on how to make flash.ocx for away for good? The
only hint I can give you is FLASH.OCX will REINSTALL itself under
WINDOWS\SYSTEM\FLASH.OCX. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
