Please if anyone knows anything about fixing these messages let me know by calling 317-445-4643 or email ASAP. I was on vacation and my son was home and he said there was a storm and the modum messed up. We have a new modum and the guy that put in the modum said that there is a winsock error. I got in touch with microsoft and they told me to go to this website. I cannot get help online because the ATM machine ate my card.
Now we still get an error message about computer administration and we cannot log on.

First, I do not provide technical support via email.
Second, I won't be calling you. I'm in Australia.
Third, you haven't given precise details of error messages. We need more
information to be able to help you. Click on the details button (or details
link) when your system crshes and provide:

xxx caused an xxx in xxx at xxx:xxxx

or if you are using a later operating system, provide information about the
files (modules) involved in the crash.

If you are using the Error Reporting Tool, disable it so you can access the
error message in a more understandable form. Informationon how to disable
the Error Reporting Tool is here:
