Can not connect to internet

I can't conect to my network to get internet connection. It
is on the network, and you can access the other computers,
but it won't go on the internet, or acces the router setup
page. I'm using a Linksys Router.

When I had that problem I re-set the router and it restored my access to the router set up functions. I am still wrestling with IE problems when trying to reach HTTPS web pages.
