Are there any simple tweaks which can prevent the user from modify the
system clock?

I know how to remove the control panel icon for the clock, but I need to
prevent the modification of the taskbar properties to display the clock,
because it can then be modified by double clicking it.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

You can move the TimeDate.cpl file to another folder and the clock cannot be
changed in Windows. This will not stop a savvy user but it will stop the
majority of people.
